Please come see The Ballad of Shirley Collins at 7:45pm on Saturday, November 3, 2018, at Charlottesville's Violet Crown Theater.  Ned Oldham will moderate discussion with directors Rob Curry and Tim Plester, and Jordan Perry.  Ned and Jordan will also perform a couple of Shirley's songs.

If you're here, you probably know about Shirley Collins.  She had a profound influence on Ned Oldham and his music.  If you don't know about Shirley Collins, The Ballad of Shirley Collins is a great place to start.

Just back from Cthulu, Ned Oldham and Jordan Perry will play a house show at Club 603 in Baltimore on April 28.  Short set from Jordan Perry showcasing material from his mind-untying classical guitar debut and its just-recorded follow-up.  Then Ned Oldham and Jordan Perry weaving with electric guitars a tapestry of songs from their recent Dark Mountain release, new songs, and some Anomoanon material.

One of the last nights of 2017 will be one of the best.  There's a lot of great Christmas music to play, and we will do so.  December 21 at the Southern in Charlottesville... doors at 6, music at 8.

November 28 -- Ned Oldham with Jordan Perry Open for Angel Olsen at the Jefferson Theater

As grateful and excited as if we carried this garden in the bed of our truck to be opening for Angel Olsen at the Jefferson on November 28.  Ned Oldham with Jordan Perry, two electric guitars.  Hoping to be celebrating the release of the final two parts of the Dark Mountain songs on or before this date--more on this in this space soon.
